I’m back for more.

Waking up this morning, the first thing on my mind is to maintain a routine. The Mystery School has been teaching the practice of momentum. Daily practice and sleep. My list is 5 things a day. I think I can maintain that. Its not much although its adding to something larger. “R” will be coming over this afternoon. I’m going to clean the place and get it ready for his arrival. Having friends come over and be social is a good way of keeping my life on track to be clean and healthy.
